The preparation time for your order is 2-3 days.

Once it has left the workshop, it will arrive by mail within 24-48 hours.

The maximum delivery time is 7 business days. On special dates such as Sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, or other promotions, the delivery time may be altered.

If you have a promotional code, you can add it before completing the purchase. Once applied, if it is a valid discount, you will see it in the purchase summary.

In the case of a return or exchange, the value of the coupon will NOT be refunded. The purchase amount with the discount will be refunded.

During sales periods, none of the usual discount codes will be available.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your purchase to request an exchange or return. Once the return request is approved, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We only cover shipping costs if the product arrived defective at its destination. If so, please specify defective product and attach a photo of the product, and we will send you further instructions by email.

In the case of a return or exchange, the value of the product will be refunded. Products given away in promotions are not subject to warranty, so we will not be responsible for shipping costs in case of defect.

For us to approve a return, items must be in perfect condition. Exchange and/or return conditions may change during sales periods, Black Friday, or other promotions.

CUIDADO DE LAS JOYAS

Todas nuestras joyas son resistentes al agua (waterproof) e hipoalergénicas, por lo que puedes mojarlas con tranquilidad. Para conservar su brillo, límpialas de vez en cuando con un paño suave y sécalas bien después del contacto con agua. Evita golpes, roces fuertes y el contacto directo prolongado con perfumes, cremas o productos químicos. Cuando no las uses, guárdalas por separado en un lugar seco.
