The preparation time for your order is 2-3 days.

Once it has left the workshop, it will arrive by mail within 24-48 hours.

The maximum delivery time is 7 business days. On special dates such as Sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, or other promotions, the delivery time may be altered.

If you need it by a specific date, do not hesitate to write to us.

If you have a promotional code, you can add it before completing the purchase. Once applied, if it is a valid discount, you will see it in the purchase summary.

In the case of a return or exchange, the value of the coupon will NOT be refunded. The purchase amount with the discount will be refunded.

During sales periods, none of the usual discount codes will be available.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your purchase to request an exchange or return. Once the return request is approved, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Click here to request an exchange or return of the product. You will need to enter the order number, which you will find in your email, and the email address you used when making your purchase. RETURN CONDITIONS

We only cover shipping costs if the product arrived defective at its destination. If so, please specify defective product and attach a photo of the product, and we will send you further instructions by email.

In the case of a return or exchange, the value of the product will be refunded. Products given away in promotions are not subject to warranty, so we will not be responsible for shipping costs in case of defect.

For us to approve a return, items must be in perfect condition. Exchange and/or return conditions may change during sales periods, Black Friday, or other promotions.

Anillos: elige tu talla habitual. Si dudas entre dos tallas, te recomendamos escoger la mayor. Para prendas, consulta las medidas indicadas en la descripción del producto. Si necesitas ayuda, escríbenos antes de comprar.

CUIDADOS

Joyas: evita el contacto con agua, perfumes, cremas y productos químicos. Guárdalas por separado y límpialas con un paño suave y seco.

Prendas: sigue siempre las instrucciones de la etiqueta de cuidado.
